These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, although consumers retain rights to pursue claims in their local courts under applicable consumer protection rules including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver. backstageix may update these terms with notice on the site.
